How I Choose Which Method to Use
Every client is different. Some respond best to hypnotherapy. Others need EFT first to regulate their nervous system before going deeper.
I adapt to what works for your brain, your nervous system, your pace. Often, we use all three methods in different sessions or even within the same session.
