Advanced EFT
Emotional Freedom Techniques · Tapping · Advanced Practitioner level
EFT is a way of calming your nervous system by gently tapping on specific points on your body while you focus on how you feel.
Emotional Freedom Technique - Tapping works like acupuncture without needles. By tapping on certain points while focusing on how you feel, your body sends a calming signal to the brain, helping the emotion soften and release.
EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques - is often called tapping.
It works by gently tapping on a sequence of acupressure points on the face and body while focusing on a specific feeling, memory, or belief.
What makes it different is that it works with the emotional charge held in the body not just the story in the mind. Many people find it is the first thing that has moved feelings they have carried for years.
I trained under Karl Dawson, one of the 29 EFT Founding Masters, created by Gary Craig and have qualified to work at Advanced Practitioner level under many years of his teaching, time and expertise.

Matrix Reimprinting
A powerful extension of EFT · working with core memories. Inner Child (ECHO) & Changing Beliefs at the deepest level.

Matrix Reimprinting is the next level of therapy, you revisit a past memory in a safe, gentle way and ‘resource’ the younger you, changing the memory and bring about deep change. This is very powerful Inner child work and belief work,
Matrix Reimprinting, developed by Karl Dawson, takes EFT a step further. Rather than just reducing the charge around a memory, it allows us to go back into the memory itself, to work with the younger version of yourself, your inner child or ECHO and change the experience they had.
This is not about false memory or denial. It is about giving that younger self the resource they needed at the time, and updating the belief that was formed as a result. The effects can be profound and lasting.

Hypnotherapy
Working with the subconscious mind
Hypnotherapy helps you enter a relaxed, focused state where your mind becomes quieter and more receptive.
In that state, it’s easier to let go of old patterns and create new, healthier ones.
Hypnotherapy is not what you see on television. You are always conscious, always in control, and you cannot be made to do or say anything you do not want to.
What it is, is a deeply relaxed state in which the subconscious mind becomes more open to change.
Many of the patterns that keep us stuck, the automatic reactions, the default beliefs, live below the level of conscious thought.
Hypnotherapy is one of the most direct ways of working with them.

NLP coaching helps you understand how your mind creates patterns and then gently teaches it new ones.
It’s practical, fast, and focused on helping you think and feel differently in everyday situations.
NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming - is a set of practical tools for understanding how we process the world, and for changing that processing when it is no longer serving us.
At its core, NLP looks at the relationship between how we think, the language we use about ourselves and our experiences, and the behaviours and patterns that follow. Change one, and the others begin to shift too.
NLP works at the level of thought patterns, internal dialogue, and habitual responses. It asks: how are you representing this experience to yourself and what would happen if you represented it differently?
This is particularly powerful for the stories we carry about who we are. "I am someone who can't focus." "I have always been too sensitive." "I just don't cope well." These are not facts they are patterns of thought that have been repeated so many times they feel like identity. NLP Coaching gives you practical ways to examine them, loosen them, and replace them with something more accurate and more useful.
